Venture Stream officially one of the UK’s Top 10 Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing

Our team have spoken! Venture Stream is ranked #7 among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2022) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
To determine the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work by asking employees to comment on how their company supports their:
- Work-life balance
- Sense of fulfilment
- Job satisfaction
- Psychological safety
- and Financial security.
Evaluations also included an assessment of how well we were able to deliver consistency on our employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
96% of our employees said that they feel supported emotionally and physically here at Venture Stream, with 100% of our team stating they feel it is a psychologically and emotionally healthy place to work.
