Venture Stream Shortlisted For Global Ecommerce Award

It feels like only yesterday we were celebrating being a European Search Award finalist, but we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve made the shortlist for another award!
The Global Ecommerce Awards 2021 shortlist was announced last Friday, with Venture Stream featuring in the Global Beauty, Health & Wellbeing Ecommerce Website of the Year category with our fantastic and long-time client, Yogamatters.
Yogamatters is the UK’s leading yoga supplier. Their brand encompasses important values such as diversity, an emphasis on creating sustainable relationships and keeping the planet at the forefront of everything they do. We built Yogamatters a new, bespoke Shopify website last year when it became apparent that their previous Magento website had become outdated.
We decided that Shopify Plus would be the most suitable ecommerce platform, allowing them to customise their ecommerce website quickly and easily, freeing up time to focus on growing the brand. The new website provides them the flexibility of development and deployment, ease of administration and scalable growth needed for the next leap in their business.
The new website is sleek, on-brand and can handle up to 10,000 transactions per minute.
About the Global Ecommerce Awards
The Global Ecommerce awards are the ultimate accolade for ecommerce businesses. They recognise excellence around the world, rewarding creativity, ingenuity and innovation. The judging panel is made up of world-leading experts who follow a robust, two-step judging process.
This is Venture Stream’s first entry for this particular award, but we have taken home various Northern Ecommerce Awards in the past. The 2021 Global Ecommerce Awards will be brought to us virtually on 2 September from 7pm due to COVID-19 pandemic – but that won’t stop us from celebrating as best we can!
