Exciting things are happening at Venture Stream and we’d like to take a moment to talk about one of our latest projects.
You may already know that we acquired fellow Newcastle-based digital agency, Flow Digital, back in 2018, which brought fantastic new staff to our team and a range of exciting clients to our portfolio, many of which we still work with today.
Up until recently, Flow Digital and Venture Stream have existed as one full-service marketing and web design agency, but our CEO Vic Morgan spotted a gap in the market for a consultancy network of expert freelancers. Enter the new Flow.
The concept is inspired by three trends: the shift to remote working, the ecommerce boom (especially startups) and the mainstreaming of freelancer platforms.
Flow is a freelancer platform serving the ecommerce vertical with vetted experts who can help online retailers in all business areas, from business planning and financing to designing and building ecommerce stores to assisting with all digital marketing channels. Aimed at start-up businesses, it’s hoped that Flow will provide more accessible consultancy services by creating a pool of expert freelancers with decades of experience who are available to provide advice as and when required.

- We’ll arrange a discovery call
A member of the Flow team will get in touch to chat about your needs and answer any questions that might help when it comes to pairing your business with the right expert.
- Meet your vetted expert(s)
Using your brief and information given in the discovery call, we’ll find the best person for the job. You’ll be sent a quote and once agreed, will begin work.
- Start growing your business
Clear communication, collaboration and results underpin the service you’ll receive. You’ll be able to review work and sign off to release payment.
- Receive 360-degree feedback and review
We’re all about quality – for both experts and clients. Let us know how your expert worked for you.
All Flow experts have to apply to work with us, meaning they’ve been fully vetted and selected based on their experience, knowledge and area of expertise. Flow offers help and support across a number of areas, including SEO, Shopify development, project management, email marketing, copywriting, social media and more.
